NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL BUDGET AND
                  APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION
                          AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
 
Notice is hereby given that the Desplaines Valley Mosquito Abatement District  will 
hold a public hearing on May 16, 2024 at 8:00am at 8130 Ogden Avenue, Lyons, IL with 
regard to its proposed Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 
beginning May 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2025.

The proposed Ordinance is available for inspection by contacting the District at 
708-447-1765 weekdays from 7am-3pm, or by email through the District’s website 
www.desplainesvalleymad.com.
